The transcripts constitute the official reports of the proceedings of hearings held before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The series includes two types of exhibits: those offered by the General Counsel, and those submitted by the respondents. Photographs are interfiled throughout the series. The records were maintained by the NLRB and its predecessor.
